Mac Makaron

Mac Makaron, well-known food production group was established in 2009 in ShahinShahr, Isfahan, a pasta and spaghettie factory. Pasta production lines require high water temperatures for production equipment. In this regard, two hot water boilers with a temperature of 130 ° C are placed in the central mechanical room. The Custom 8 inch Hydroflow descaler has been installed by the time of pre-commissioning and startup of the factory to protect hot water boilers, piping, circulating pumps and air-water radiators. According to the annual inspection and NDT tests, visual inspection of water side of the boilers and tubes ,no deposits, scale buildup and corrosion were observed, and Radin Gostar Sina was able to receive customer satisfaction letter on November 2009. During the annual inspections all heat exchangers, air to water radiators and piping are fully protected and limescale free. This green technology is in service more than a decade.
